​Lowry Construction Services, Inc. provides General Contracting and Construction Management services for Competitively Bid, Negotiated, Design-Build, Infrastructure Development and Owner- Build projects, as well as, Owner Agent services.  We provide a uniform policy of safety management consistent with the recommendations of OSHA, Owners, the Associated General Contractors / ABC, and our insurance carriers.

    • Understand task predecessors, durations and dependents, then establishing realistic time frames for activities

    • Inform the public about projects through published advertisement

    • Generate project documentation, review and interpret contract documents, and general oversight of the project

    • Assign and track costs for every construction activity

    • "Multi-Level" management of the project throughout the construction phase

  • Owner's Agent

    • Represents the Owner's interests, acts as decision maker, and advises the Owner regarding quality control and quality assurance

    • Our team is efficient and steadfast at accomplishing the goals of the owner. LCS monitors safety, budget, and quality to go above and beyond  the expectations of both the Owner and design team.
